Pollution of the Letort can happen at any hour of the day or night. If you see any source or indication of pollution, such as dead fish or fish in distress, call one of these toll-free telephone numbers any hour of the day or night:

Vandalism/Dumping

Each of our member municipalities in the Letort Regional Authority has jurisdiction over a portion of the stream and watershed. Incidents should be reported directly to the municipality and the authority.

Fishing Violations

Special restrictions apply to specific areas of the Letort Spring Run. These areas are marked along the stream by small green and white plastic signs and larger cardboard signs. Restrictions are published annually in the Pennsylvania Fish Commission pamphlet. Violators can be reported to:
